Day One: Personal Development

Started doing one passion project of mine which is to improve myself and be more at present with how I want to present myself to the world. So here is me getting out of my comfort zone and attending a Personal Development seminar. Not worrying about my past fears of presenting myself in Soc Med or the future as to how this perdev project would go. But as I said on the seminar, Today will be the first and last time you'll experience this time.
