One of the hardest leadership lessons that I’ve learned is that not everyone will care about the vision the way you do. I used to think that if I worked hard enough and explained things clearly, everyone would automatically move with the same energy. But leadership isnt about assuming alignment, its more so about building it. That experience teaches you patience. It teaches you to communicate better, choose people more carefully, and understand that real leadership is consistent.
