Who are my greatest inspirations?

One of the people who inspires me most in leadership is Umar ibn al Khattab (ra). What moves me about him isnt just his strength, but his sense of responsibility. He carried leadership like a trust. The idea that a leader should feel accountable for their people, stay grounded, and never let power change their character. I also admire Khalid ibn al Walid (ra) for his discipline and focus. He stayed steady under pressure and always thought strategically, which is something I try to practice in my own work, especially after learning more about his story.

For me, leadership isnt about titles. Its more so about responsibility, self control, and creating unity.
