Bi-Monthly reflection 1

Reflection on Accomplishments:
Over the past two weeks, I made progress on several fronts of the Care Index project, including expanding the platform's category structure, drafting outreach for upcoming research interviews, and extending the interactive prototype with new persona logic.

Challenges Encountered:
The main challenge was a technical feature that turned out to be more complex than expected once I got into implementation, particularly around accessibility constraints. I worked through several options and landed on a simpler approach for now, with a plan to revisit a more advanced version later.

Learning Points:
This period reinforced the value of designing for accessibility from the start, and of stress-testing technical ideas early rather than assuming they'll hold up. I also sharpened how I think about organising information around real user needs.

Goals for Next Period:
Over the next two weeks, I want to finalise outstanding outreach, complete the next section of the prototype, and implement a working interim version of the feature that hit a snag this period.

Feedback and Support Needed:
The program has given me good room to work through open-ended problems. I'd find it helpful to get some outside input on a technical area I'm less experienced in, to sanity-check my approach before going further.
