Events Management 10 Weeks Internship

During my year 2 internship, I worked at SISTIC under their Customer Service & Operations team. I had a good time during my internship as my colleagues were really nice and welcoming. I learned quite a lot about the ticketing systems and how to handle different types of customers through the phone and email. I was able to work on-sites like at The Theatre at Mediacorp or Capitol Theatre to do ticket scanning and assist the customers if they needed any help. I enjoyed working under call centre as I came across different customers and got to chit chat with them nicely. Talking to all these different customers helped me build my talking skills and I improved my customer service skills along the way. All my supervisors were welcoming and treated me with great care! I was able to learn so much from everybody there and create new friendships!
