Joining Claim Your Space was not just another seminar—but it was a whole new adventure on where I met new people, as well as having to learn topics that aren't fully focused on by our community.
Claim Your Space by KAWSA Philippines made me understand deeper about the LGBTQ+ community within each session. The seminar made my heart grow fonder towards my friends who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Furthermore, my main highlight of attending the seminar was recognizing the Republic Act 11313 "Safe Spaces Act" or the "Bawal Bastos Law", making me learn that this law allows every type of individual to be penalized for those who committed gender-based sexual harassment.
This Seminar was not just another gathering of the youth, it brought together hearts that sparked inspiration and motivation.
