What makes a good internship supervisor? 🧐

I'm welcoming some interns on board soon and I'm really excited...

...but also nervous because I want to support my interns' growth and be the best internship supervisor possible!

I've had the privilege of being @meelaii's internship supervisor for almost a year now (10 months!! that's longer than some of my romantic relationships... 💀) and it's been a really meaningful experience.

The energy Eli brings is incredible, and it's been an honour to support her growth. I'm also afraid I might have fallen short at times especially when I got overwhelmed with my own work. 😔 I wanted to ask everyone -
