YouTube thumbnails

I went back to update the thumbnail for my first ever YouTube video - the early ones don't have specially designed thumbnails because I Didn't Know To Do That back then - but now I do!

Still, I don't really know what would Work Best etc. etc. and all that sort of stuff, so if you have any feedback/thoughts please let me know! 🙇🏻‍♂️
