What makes me an Irregular?

I think I'm irregular as a person in general. I always stand out because of the ways I express my individuality and non-conformity.

That makes me explore ideas and underserved ideals, along with my achieving nature, its as if its the right match between social change and results.

For me, I'm interested in more alternative fashion, which visually makes me really different and unconventional.

It wasn't always this way. Being mid-size pushes the limitations to what I can wear because sizes and I are frenemies. With my loved ones emphasising my body, it makes things ever more harder to accept myself in my own skin.

My mental health journey has been a prominent one. I'm in little different situation from the typical mental health awareness messages of "It's okay to seek help". I understand that, and I did try several times, only to experience the many flaws others like myself had to experience trying to seek clarity -- turned away because of my address, being too young to consent, unclear age of consent cross hospitals, administrative issues, financial losses and so on.

I had to still deal with my mental health, but to feel like my rights to receive help be reduced to cinders was demoralising. I could've stopped there, waited for the system to do its thing and have miracles..but no! I started a start-up.

If I can't find a solution, I'll make one myself.

My start-up advocates for the improvement of this issue, and its been a rollercoaster ride. I chose to do creative entrepreneurship despite having a scholarship in my original pathway in Game Design, it was a risky choice, an unconventional path I've taken, but certainly one that pushed me a lot more.

Hopefully AVOXTATE, my start-up, can reach heights one day, rolling in the profits to reinvest back for youths globally to have access to resources they need.

What makes me an Irregular? The conscious, risky, different choices I made to stay authentic to myself.
