I participated in a benchmarking activity on governance digitalization between the Governance and Compliance Department of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia and another state-owned enterprise. In this process, I supported the preparation of presentation materials, collected and organized relevant data, and assisted in documenting the discussion.
Through this benchmarking, I gained insights into the implementation of digital governance systems, particularly in strengthening transparency, anti-fraud measures, and the effectiveness of the Whistleblowing System (WBS). I also developed a better understanding of how digitalization can support more efficient, accountable, and well-integrated governance processes across organizations.
