-Volunteered at a Senior Activity Centre, where I taught seniors basic digital literacy skills through one-to-one and small-group sessions. I guided them in using digital devices and applications, answered their questions patiently, and adapted my teaching approach to meet their individual and learning needs. This experience strengthened my communication, empathy and facilitation skills. Learning needs.
