A day in Navy Hackathon

The Navy Hackathon was a memorable experience that pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to explore my creativity in a meaningful way. Working closely with my team, we brainstormed and shaped a game concept aimed at promoting awareness of naval careers. It was exciting to turn simple ideas into something purposeful, while constantly thinking about how to engage our audience.

Even though we did not develop a full game, we poured our effort into refining our mechanics and presenting our concept clearly. Making it into the Top 6 was a proud moment for me, as it showed that our ideas had real impact and potential. More importantly, the experience taught me the value of teamwork, confidence in presenting, and believing in my ideas. It inspired me to continue growing in game design and reminded me that even small ideas can create meaningful change when shared with others.
