Acquisition & Consolidation Analysis

This project focused on the accounting treatment of acquisitions and the preparation of consolidated financial statements. I conducted an analysis of acquisitions, which included calculating goodwill, identifying fair value adjustments, and accounting for deferred taxes. Additionally, I prepared consolidation adjustments and elimination of entries to combine the financial information of the parent company and its subsidiary. As part of the project, I created a complete consolidated worksheet to compile the necessary adjustments and prepare the consolidated financial statements.
