Rio Tinto: Organisational Culture Analysis

For this group project, we analysed Rio Tinto's organisational culture and the challenges it faces in areas such as workplace bullying, harassment, discrimination, diversity, leadership, and employee well-being. I was responsible for developing and writing the introduction, which included the background, topic, limitations, data sources, and organisation of the report. Additionally, I contributed to structuring the overall report by helping create the initial framework and direction for each section, including the analysis of organisational culture theories, key challenges, recommendations, and their potential business impacts.
