As a student leader, I now see my role more clearly in fostering an inclusive environment. I am responsible for helping create a space where everyone feels they belong, where differences are respected, and where every voice is given the opportunity to be heard. It opened my eyes to how people’s experiences can differ, and why it is important to respond with understanding instead of judgment.
