The Journey in My Course so far !

I discovered hospitality back when I was in secondary school through practical lessons, and realized it was something I genuinely enjoyed. I did things like learning proper hospitality etiquette, serving actual guests in school. One example is the "10th Year of Anniversary" of my Secondary School where I handled the Food & Beverage Service for the Special Event including managing the VIP table. I really enjoyed interacting with people, and creating positive experiences, seeing them enjoying themselves also makes me happy.

That moment motivated me to pursue NITEC in Hospitality, where I spent two years building my foundation in customer service, communication, teamwork, and professionalism. I became more confident in practical lessons as I handling different situations and work in fast paced environments through my internship at Delifrance & Part- time at Sheraton Towers !

Most importantly, I found people who have the same interests as I do, sharing, bonding, and experiencing together, this motivates me a lot. !
