The brief: An export packaging manufacturer whose imagery read as clip art banners. Let the products show their purpose and look good doing it.

My role: Worked on the campaign and new ways to sell the products. Reshot the range with natural light, real textures and real scale. Designed brochures, posters and banners, and the trade show exhibition stall.

Tools: Camera, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Rhino.

The process: My first internship. The company makes export packaging, and its imagery read as clip art: flat cutouts and loud stickers. I worked on the campaign, reshot the products in natural light with real textures and scale, redesigned the brochures, posters and banners, and designed the trade show stall.

The hard part: The timeline was tight and the existing files were flattened photos I could not edit, so I had to rebuild almost everything. I was also a first-year student making decisions for a real business.

What I took from it: Industrial clients need design as much as luxury ones. Structure and consistency did more for this brand than decoration could.
