KAWSA PH "Claim Your Space" 2026

The “Claim Your Space” Youth Summit left a strong impact on me by showing that safety is not passive—it is something we consciously build through respect, awareness, and understanding of others’ identities. It made me realize how quickly a space can feel unsafe when empathy is missing, and how powerful it becomes when people choose to be mindful. It encouraged me to be more intentional with my words and actions, knowing that even small choices can either create comfort or harm.
