​I, Divine Rose C. Magbanua, SSLG President of Handumanan National High School, SDO Bacolod City, NIR, am honored to join this event. This summit reminded me that a safe space is built through our own daily actions and respect for one another. As a student leader, I will use what I learned about the Safe Spaces Act to make sure every Handumanian feels safe, heard, and protected.
