At first like every beginner my art was horrible but I was very consistent and never gave up like I just kept drawing even when I see no improvements. I also started taking reference and finding artist tips to improve kept scrolling and seeing every one of their method and which works best for me, then I came across an art content creator named "JMarron". JMarron videos has taught me a lot of perspective, shading and understanding anatomy more just through art. From my overall experience I recommend you finding time to draw and just be in the mood honestly, when you don't feel like drawing you won't be able to draw and it puts more stress in you when you can't get it the way you want it, so just take it easy.
