Internship Journey

I am from Institution of Technical Education College Central (ITECC) in Event Management Course (EVM).

I interned at Team Building Team Learning (TBTL) for 3 months and was involved in a few events such as, Pop Toy Show 2025, Mariko Venture, Safra family and children camps as well achieving a rock-climbing certificate. When I initially thought about what company I wanted to intern at I didn't expect myself to join TBTL as it was very outdoors, we had to stay over from time to time, and we also had to carry heavy logistics. Overtime I realized that I've never truly pushed myself to go out of my comfort zone which was the reason why I ended up giving this company a shot.

When internship started, though I struggled, I was slowly trying to adapt but after getting closer to the people working there, I managed to open up and be more comfortable which made my time working there way more enjoyable and memorable. Working there has made me understand and gain a lot of new positive values and personality traits like being more responsible, having a better attitude and also to be calmer in stressful situations.

There were many ups and downs during my internship experience but what was most important to me was what I learnt there that shaped and improved me as a person. I can honestly say that I came out of the internship as a better version of myself and that I am genuinely proud of myself.
