Appliance Repair Chatbot – UEN Project (Hubert)

I created an infographic about buying and selling on Carousell as part of my Infographic for Presentation & Marketing (IPM), aiming to help users understand how to effectively flip items online. I started by researching common challenges people face when selling on Carousell, such as pricing strategies, listing optimization, and dealing with buyers. I gathered relevant data and tips from trusted sources and organized them into clear, easy-to-understand visuals.

I knew I wanted my infographic to be informative, visually appealing, and practical for anyone interested in starting their own side hustle. As such, I designed it to highlight key steps like product selection, pricing techniques, effective communication, and closing sales successfully. I used simple graphics and concise text to ensure the information was accessible and engaging.

The main goal was to provide users with actionable advice to boost their chances of making profitable sales while avoiding common mistakes.

Although I faced challenges in condensing complex information into a clear visual format, I learnt a lot about effective design principles, audience targeting, and content clarity. This project also helped me improve my patience and attention to detail during the editing process.
