Coffee and tea testing

Today we went to a coffee and tea plantation where we tried many unique and different kind of flavours of tea and the special luar coffee which is created from the sivet cats feces. The tea had different flavours some being sweet while others left a stingy taste in the mouth. The coffee had a very bitter taste. I could see the business opportunities they set up like letting the customers try the tea so they could make a purchase on which one they liked.

Rice plantation

We also went to a rice plantation where we had to get into the mud to plant rice shoots. It was a very dirty having to step into the mud and i was hesitant at first. Eventually i went in, the mud was warm and the weather was hot. The mud was very sticky and hard to walk in. Planting the rice sporouts were very tiring, i have more gratitude for the hard work the farmers put in to do this hard work everyday. To provide us with food that we take for granted. This really makes me appreciate the little thingsi have.
