I watched the webinar through Facebook Live since other platforms were already crowded. Even with that setup, I was still able to follow the discussion well. The speakers explained their ideas clearly, and I learned more about youth empowerment and the importance of safe spaces for people with different identities and experiences.

What made the experience meaningful for me was still being able to connect with other young leaders, even just through the live comments and reactions. I saw how many youth are active and willing to speak up for the same advocacies. It felt encouraging to know that there are many people working toward inclusion and equality.

The discussion on intersectional leadership and SOGIESC equality helped me understand how respect and awareness should be practiced every day. After watching, I became more aware of my role in my own community. It pushed me to think about small actions I can do to help create spaces where everyone feels safe and accepted.
