the webinar helped me understand that the safe spaces act protects everyone regardless of their gender. this also made me reflect and think to act and to foster a safe space for everyone. we should listen to all voices, we should give empathy to all feelings, and we should support all people—men, women, or even a member of the LGBTQIA+.
