We all need to step out the first step

I have participate in 2026 heartware NDP volunteering. The volunteering content have ushers, celebrated and help to giving away things. We are helping to make NDP to be successfully held.

During the NDP, even I am really feel scare to talk in front of public, but I trust if I am never give up, I will gain meaningful experience through this. I never give up on this and try to do my best. Even through I feel afraid sometimes, I am also step out the first step and challenging myself with some additional mission I have added myself.

In this volunteering, I became more brave to talk in public, I also be more confident in myself. Sometimes I will push too hard of myself, but after this I understand not talking to people is okay, which make me less pressure in talking to public too.

The hardest things I need to go through in this volunteering is cheering to people, I am shy and think it is not important. However, I decided to step out, and in the end, I am really cheering loud and clear. In the end, I trying to bravely approach to one audience and they appreciated us for our hardwork. I am more confident in believe what I do is meaningful.
