My Portfolio

As a “soon graduate” student , being a working adult is tough but i understand it is important to overcome it through learning and experiences.

There are 3 takeaways i want to share about which is: diligence, communications, mindset.

Diligence: From my internship, of course there are a lot of skills that i need to learn other than being academically about it. Being slouchy and slugy would never help myself to pick the things up and also give myself a very bad image. Being diligence in work, make me realize that it is not that bad to learn new skills and make good things out of it.

Communications: Interacting with your colleagues or peers are the best tools to help yourself! by doing this, it is easier to get the learning pace faster.

Mindset: In work, i think mindset is the best thing to think of. Everybody keep complaining and giving negative feedback about being an intern. This could easily be reflecting your day? what could i done better? where are parts i could improve? Building a good mindset or growth mindset is literally the way to get out of it. Maybe your days is bad overall but since you have this mindset. Nothing could beat the tiredness from work and angsty customers.

The area i should improve on is to look out for more things to learn instead of just wasting a bit of time. I should learn how to be more confident to be able to reach out to customer’s needs.
