Day 5

I visited a coffee plantation where I had the chance to taste 13 different types of tea and coffee. Afterwards, we explored a paddy field and even planted our own rice. The field was very muddy, making it difficult to walk, which gave me a better understanding of the challenges the locals face. They also explained that they create compost using waste, as about 80% of the landfill is filled with food waste, and how they’re using this compost to support farmers.
