I came to Singapore when I was 12. I joined Sec 1 in a neighbourhood school and worked really hard to catch up. At first, everything felt new and a bit scary, but I pushed myself, made friends, and learned a lot along the way. I learned how to be independent, adapt to new environments, and never give up when things get tough
