I still remember my first day in Singapore Polytechnic(SP), the nerves, not knowing anybody and stepping into a new environment.
Fast forward 6 months later and after a lot of reflection, I have seen how much I've grown as a person. In the first semester, I often found the workload overwhelming and I would spend almost the entire day studying.
After reflecting during the June holidays, I realized the importance and need for a school-life balance. So I decided to plan my time wisely, I would spend time to complete my homework and revision but also allocate time for my interests and CCA for the second term and I feel that this was what helped to reduce the overwhelmed feeling and have a more enjoyable and enriching school life in SP!
