National Day Reception - Batam SG Consulate

I was honored to be one of only 20 students selected to attend a special reception in Batam, aimed at fostering cross-border connections between Singapore and Indonesia. The trip gave me the unique opportunity to engage directly with business leaders, gaining first-hand insights into their industries and leadership experiences.

A key highlight was performing for Singapore’s Minister, followed by an official photo taking session and receiving a token of appreciation. This experience strengthened my confidence in professional settings and taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone, taking the initiative to approach and build meaningful connections with industry leaders.

Being chosen for this exclusive trip reaffirmed my commitment to continuous growth and positioned me to further develop my leadership, communication, and networking skills.
