Enterprise Networking Assignment In School

I’ve recently completed an assignment about CLI commands in order to configure routers and switches on Cisco Packet Tracer, a program that simulates network configuration.

It was confusing and tricky to remember all the commands at the start, but slowly, I eventually got the hang of it and was able to use the commands to solve the questions and configure the different routers and switches as asked.

We used Cisco Packet Tracer to configure the different routers and switches, for example, in the router configuration tab, we go to the CLI command interface to type in different commands like “hostname” to change the name of the router, or “ip address <> <>” in order to configure the ip address of the router/switch.

Overall, It made me feel slightly proud as I was able to solve the questions in the end.
