ITE Got talent

Just last year sometime around August, I participated in a Got Talent show for my College. The Got Talent show featured many different things, such as singing, rapping, beatboxing. It was for National Day and my teacher who saw the news asked me to participate in it and that's where I decided to give it a try. My talent was singing and I sang an NDP song and a French song called "La Vie En Rose". We had about 2 weeks of rehearsals and during that time I was constantly feeling anxious because there were so many people who I felt were better than me.

On the day of my performance, I was the first one to perform and i had a lot of people who came down to support me and what touched my heart is that my classmates who were supposed to be in class also came down as well as my family!

After the whole performances we were waiting for the results to be called out, We were so excited for who's the winner and i love how everyone is just happy for one another. When we all went up to the stage the announcer was telling the candidates who was the winner from last place to the first place and i was wondering why i was never called and i thought i was wasn't the winner. and then when they say that who is the winner then they say it was me and i was so overwhelmed by how everyone was there for the ones i love. And i am so thankful.
