My first experience at a conference

Don’t do what I did. A couple of months ago I had the INCREDIBLE opportunity to attend the All That Matters Conference 2024 for free! This conference was packed with CEOs, Founders, “Head of’s…”, you name it all. Hundreds of rich, important people from all over the world, gave their knowledge, experience, and advice, all gathered in one place right before my eyes. With a never-ending web of potential connections and unlimited opportunities for job offers, I, Lucas, still managed to fumble this opportunity. I was not prepared at all, I should have researched even more about the people at the event who would be speaking and practiced my networking skills a lot more. I ended up only talking to two people and I wished I could've talked to more which would have opened many more opportunities. So for those with an upcoming conference, don't be afraid of making connections! You'll most likely never see these people again in your life so it doesn't hurt to try.
