My upcoming project at RVI

I've taken on a short project focusing on an untapped resource at RVI - our alumni network. These are the individuals whose foundations were shaped through RVI's internships, workshops, and various projects. The central question driving this initiative is: How have RVI's programs impacted our alumni's career paths, their application of learned skills, and their readiness for the professional world?

The approach is straightforward - I'm developing a comprehensive survey that combines quantitative and qualitative questions to encapture the alumni experience. What's particularly convenient is that Sheila maintains an active alumni group chat, providing me with a direct channel to send the survey. Once we collect the responses, I'll analyze the data and craft a narrative that illustrates the impact of RVI's programs on our former participants.
