We began our day early with a visit to a coffee plantation, where we learned about the process of making luwak coffee. Following that, we participated in a coffee and tea tasting session, sampling twelve different flavours. It was an interesting experience, though some flavours stood out more than others.

Next, we headed to Agung Raka Resort, where the speaker, Hermit, shared insights into their approach to sustainability. This was followed by a presentation in which we proposed ideas for a collaborative project with MPH Bali.

One of the most hands-on activities of the day was planting rice seedlings in the paddy field. The thick, muddy terrain made movement challenging, almost like quicksand, and the scorching sun added to the difficulty. Despite this, we persevered and completed the task.

To conclude the day, we visited the Ubud Art Market, where we explored various artistic handicrafts, including bracelets and other souvenirs. Finally, we ended the day with dinner at Bebek Bengil before heading back. Although it was a physically demanding day, it was incredibly insightful, offering valuable experiences in sustainability, culture, and hands-on learning.
