Day 1: NASA Space Apps Challenge Iligan City

After attending the NASA Space Apps Challenge Day 1 Webinar, I’m really glad I did. It gave me a lot of valuable insights—not just about the challenge itself, but also about the reality behind hackathons and competitions.

One thing that really stuck with me was realizing that doubt is always going to be part of the process. You’ll question your ideas, your capabilities, and whether what you’re building is good enough. But maybe that uncertainty is also part of the progress. You just have to keep moving forward.

And now? I’m definitely excited, and so is my team!!

A huge thank you to our wonderful speakers: Al-Raffy Solaiman Sarip, Augustus Torrefranca Bas, Zachary Zimmerman, Sean Francis Ballais, Paul Ulrich Notoriom, and Jose Noel Syguia for sharing your insights, experiences, and journeys with us. Your stories gave us a better perspective on what it really takes to participate, learn, and grow through these competitions.

Day 1 done. Many more to go!! :3🌎🚀
