A Way Forward To Empower The Youth of My Community - Conducting My First Movers Workshop on Youth Political Participation.

I believe that empowered youth are assets of a community. It was a great opportunity for me to conduct a workshop on Youth Political Participation in my community.

The youth in Bangladesh have suddenly become empowered after the July uprising, 2024, that is led by the youth. They only need proper guidance to make the fire inside them the power.

The Youth Political Participation workshop was held on 19th August, 2025. I conducted this workshop as a capstone project of my CAYA Advocacy Fellowship. This YPP Movers program is supported by Commonwealth Asia Youth Alliance, UNDP, International IDEA and UNICEF South Asia. Youth for Green Society was a local partner. This was a 2-hour online workshop. There were 47 participants in that. They gave good feedback.
