✨ RVI Portfolio Building Session: A Journey Within

When I first heard the phrase “portfolio building,” I pictured a rigid folder of certificates, bullet points, and formal achievements. But through this session with RVI, I discovered it’s something far more personal—a mirror of our journey, values, and vision.

The session gently nudged me to step back and ask: What story am I telling through my work? It wasn't just about listing experiences, but connecting them with purpose. For someone like me, juggling roles across mentoring, environmental activism, and research, the session helped me thread everything into a coherent narrative;a reflection of who I am, not just what I’ve done.

We explored how visual storytelling, thoughtful arrangement, and value-driven selection can turn a portfolio into a living testimony. It felt empowering to realize that our story doesn’t have to wait till we “achieve more” rather it can begin now, exactly where we stand.

What I carry forward is not just a strategy to showcase my work, but a mindset shift. This session reminded me that my journey is already rich, and when told authentically, it speaks louder than any title or award.
