A Moment of ReflectionLately, I've been feeling proud of how far I've come.I recently graduated from the mentorship program with Empat PM (4PM), which marks a significant milestone in my journey. It has given me an opportunity to pause, reflect, and appreciate the experiences that have shaped me so far.

Over the past year, new opportunities have continued to emerge, and I've been doing my best to make the most of them. With each opportunity comes new responsibilities, new lessons, and new perspectives. As these opportunities multiply, I've learned the importance of managing my time well, prioritizing what matters, and navigating the ever-changing landscape ahead.

One of the highlights has been meeting and networking with inspiring individuals from various backgrounds. I was particularly honored to have a conversation with Member of Parliament Ms. Hazlina Abdul Halim. We spoke about life, current affairs, and my own aspirations. I shared my academic and career interests, and one piece of advice that resonated with me was to take a "half-step" approach moving forward steadily while remaining open to learning and growth.

At the same time, I've also been learning to be kinder to myself.Things do not always go according to plan, and there are moments when I fall short of my own expectations. However, through reflection, I've started to view these moments not as failures, but as opportunities for growth. Setting goals is important, but achieving them is an entirely different challenge. I've come to realize that I shouldn't be overly attached to any single outcome. Instead, I want to remain adaptable, keep my doors open, and embrace the possibilities that come my way.

Amidst all the activity, I also value the quieter moments. They allow me to recharge, reframe my thoughts, and plan my next steps one at a time. Looking ahead, I remain hopeful and optimistic about the years to come.

I'm also grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and strengthen existing relationships. A heartfelt thank you to River Valley Irregulars and Empat PM for the opportunities, guidance, and support they have provided throughout this journey.

As I continue forward, I hope to contribute positively to every environment I am a part of, continue learning from those around me, and make meaningful use of the opportunities entrusted to me.

Here's to growth, gratitude, and the journey ahead!!

Cheers!
