As the Conference Manager (CM), my role involved overseeing every aspect of the conference, from managing the budget to ensuring contracts were implemented effectively. I closely monitored the progress of all teams, ensuring seamless communication and that the conference team had a positive experience. I coordinated with stakeholders, managing delegation approvals, registration, and regular updates. Onsite, I was responsible for the smooth execution of events, supporting teams in real-time, and ensuring that communication with the delegates was clear and efficient throughout the event.
