🌍 When Youth From 15+ Countries Speak, the World Listens

🌍 “A leader is not the one who speaks the most, but the one who creates space for others to speak.”

During my Movers Workshop on Youth Political Participation (Level 1),
I realized the real power of facilitation lies in listening. For more than 2.5 hours, youth from 15+ countries shared their struggles and solutions — from lack of trust in institutions to innovative grassroots advocacy.

What inspired me most was how participants took ownership of the session making it less about me teaching and more about us learning together.

💡 Key lesson: Youth don’t need permission to lead — they need platforms. And as fellows, our job is to create them.
