I would like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to KAWSA, for pushing through this initiative. It's refreshing to listen to more perspectives about RA 11313, it indeed strengthened my understanding with the said law. And for making me feel safe, and validated through the discussion regarding SOGIESC Allyship, as a member of LGBTQIA+

As a student leader, I would like to amplify my voice, not just to my comrades but to my community, to claim your space. Own it, and be free in it. May we be free from abuse, may we, be one day feel free in the spaces we're trying to grasp and live in, through every other day. This opportunity brought me back, into reminding myself about my duty, responsibilities, and principles as one of the youth, and not just a student leader.

Muli, ako si Myra Jade S. Taguba, mula sa Rehiyon Dos, taos pusong nagpapasalamat sa KAWSA.

Dahil sa KAWSA, I saw my cause once again, I was reminded that once again, being a student leader means also fighting for others right, dignity, and their spaces. That may our school walls, and the roads we pave in, be safe to walk on, be safe to lean on. Dahil sa KAWSA, nahanap ko pang lubos ang aking halaga. :)
