My teacher had brought us all to Marina Bay Sands for class bonding, when i found out we had to be split into groups of 5, we were on the bus to MBS i would have never thought id be in a group at all. I don’t interact with much people in my class, i looked around seeing my classmates giving gestures to one another to be in a group

I figured that I would just join a group that’s lacking the criteria of students in a group. but when i had looked up from my phone to a girl sitting in front of me, she gestured that we be in a group

of course i didn’t expect much. I expected i’d be quiet the whole trip, I thought so wrong. After reaching and being gathered as a class so my teacher could explain how this class bonding would work, me and my group had split from the others to start. we were given instructions: read each quote given for each activity, all quote gives a location somewhere in MBS to do the activity.

my group mates were all open, they all were discussing and talking and I couldn’t help but join in conversations they were having, we all did activities and no one was left out, we all ended up having so much fun. and i have never felt more closer to my classmates

but one thing i learnt is of course, teamwork, adaptability which is important especially when you’re working with people you’re not familiar with, and open mindedness. you have to be aware that people have their own opinions.
