ROLES + DEFINITIONS

UN-Based Role

The actions and involvement of a country within the United Nations system, including participation in UN agencies, voting on resolutions, and contributing to global initiatives.

Regional Role

The role a country plays within its geographic region, including cooperation with neighboring countries, participation in regional organizations, and involvement in regional issues or agreements.

Domestic Role

The actions, policies, and measures a country implements within its own borders to address the issue, such as laws, programs, and national strategies.
