Reflection on my journey in this course (business admin)

My journey in the Business Administration course at ITE has been a meaningful and transformative experience. When I first started, I was unsure of what to expect, but over time I gained not only technical skills, but also confidence in myself in presentations.

Throughout the course, I learned important fundamentals such as customer service, business communication, and skills about business. These lessons helped me understand how businesses function on a daily basis. I also improved my communication skills, learning how to write emails, present ideas, and interact with others.

The hands-on approach like having roleplays, group projects, and real-life scenarios pushed me to grow. I learned the importance of teamwork, time management, and taking responsibility for my tasks. Even when challenges came up whether it was meeting deadlines or adapting to new topics. I learned to stay disciplined and resilient. These experiences made me more prepared for the workplace.

Looking back, this course has shaped me into someone more organised, independent and ready to take on new opportunities. I am grateful for the support from my lecturers and friends who guided me along the way.

Moving forward, I feel more confident about my future path, whether it is further studies or starting internship. This journey has shown me that with effort and the right mindset, I am capable of achieving much more than I originally believed.
