My work experience in fnb

I used to work in HaiDiLao for 6 months. All in all what I would call the worst six months of my life. To be honest, I didn't even want to communicate with anyone before this, and I was forced to find a job because of my parents' authority. When I started working as a waitress, I made a lot of mistakes because I wasn't familiar with the service process. Anyway, I managed to become a qualified waitress. I thought it would be smooth sailing, but things changed. We got a new manager. From then on I could no longer be a waitress, it was like I was transferred to the door welcome team and started watching the amusement park . I got a headache every time I saw a million kids. I really, really hate kids! Then I was transferred to the door and started learning how to give out numbers and bring in seats. It was a nightmare, especially on holidays and weekends, when the customers came in like a tidal wave. I told them to wait for a while, but they all seemed to ignore me and kept coming back to ask how much longer they had to wait. Customers didn't seem to treat me like a human being either, trying to make things difficult for me so they could get a seat. I was most impressed when it was a holiday and at 8:00 p.m., a customer called out to me while her friends surrounded me and asked why I had kept her waiting for four hours. I double-checked her queue number and realized that she had just arrived 45 minutes earlier, and I was speechless. After that, one after another, I also encountered many unreasonable customers, as well as the store manager's attitude towards part-time jobs is gradually perfunctory, but also directly threatened to dismiss us, I really do not want to work in such a bad environment, so I chose a lucky day to resign.

Lastly，I would say that working in fnb makes me learn a lot of how to communicate with different people. It makes me more confident when I'm in a new place.
