I was the Vice president of the Kranji peer support board in 2023. During my time as an exco member, i have taken part in and lead many initiatives and events around thr school. One of which is that welfare packs for students! This welfare pack was aimed for all students who are writing their final exams at the end of the year. Knowing the amount of stress and anxiety students go through on a daily, this initiative aimed to encourage and calm them down. The welfare pack included milo packet, snacks, encouraging notes from our psls and stationeries!

The planning process was lengthy and complicated. We faced a few complications along the way like having a shortage of people available to pack the items, and some items arriving much later than expected. However, as a team, we worked ~
