Reflection (Buenavista NHS/REGION VI/GALIDO)

Understanding and learning about the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) has opened a new perspective for me on how many people, especially the youth, experience harassment, abuse, and criticism that deeply affects their lives. The seemingly "harmless" remarks that we're used to brushing off, whether from friends, family, or colleagues, shouldn't be ignored. We must practice respecting boundaries everywhere, and this law is just what we need. Being more aware of issues like this could make schools and communities way better for everyone, where every person and every youth truly feels comfortable and secure.
