Yes, Your Voice Matters!

I joined this webinar as facilitator for Your Voice Matters as a part of RVI x IYF ROYA 2026 Workshop.

At first Brent my new friends from RVI's International Ambassador offer me this opportunity and my first answer is YES, as I want to learn more how to lead and manage people, because that's the area I'm still working at. Before the workshop starts, I ask my friend to assist me to learn more about the presentation that we will bring on that day.

I had the opportunity to become a moderator in local and national events before, in my university and nationally event physically and virtually. Working as a remote technician in Australia is helping me to learn any online platform faster and using English as main language.

Although I have it's hard at the first time to rapport building, I learn a lot by let yourself free in the jungle and find new things along the way and yes, your voice matters!
